There are probably millions of people in the world these days who use their computers for gaming. And they all probably have their favourites, and more than one. The problem is that each game might require different computer settings in order to get the most out of its resources and give you the best gaming experience. But it's a hassle having to stop the game, find the program, adjust the settings, then restart the game. Luckily help is at hand, in the form of this program, called Gamma Panel 1.0.0.2. As you might guess from its name, Gamma Panel 1.0.0.2 is a free monitor utility that lets you control and adjust brightness, contrast, gamma, etc until you get the levels you want (it even lets you create different configuration profiles for different games or even users).

But the best thing about Gamma Panel 1.0.0.2 is a neat little trick it does, allowing you to make the changes to a game in real time, without actually leaving that game! You can program hotkeys with a profile and just press that key to make the adjustments depending on the game you're playing.

Gamma Panel 1.0.0.2 sits in the taskbar, and if you click on its icon you will get a pop-up menu with all its options. Whichever one you select (if no game is currently running) will be automatically applied to the next program you run.
